DESCRIPTION: Sesame Oil shall be the oil obtained by a process of expressing clean and should sesame (Til or Gingelly) seed (Sesame Orientable) belonging to black. It shall be free from suspend matter or sediment. It shall also be free from rancidity.

- Only one variety shall be quoted in the Tender and only one sample should be sent along with the tender schedule.
- The rate quoted should be valid for acceptance for a period of sixty days from the date of opening of tender. In the event of negotiations being held, the tenderer will have to keep his offer open for 60(sixty) days from the date of negotiations. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, charges, and F.O.R. delivery at Marketing Godowns, Tirupati/Tirumala. If no specific mention is made about the delivery at Tirupati and Tirumala, it will be construed that the rate is applicable for delivery at both the places i.e., Tirupati and Tirumala.
- For participating in the tender, the tender schedule enclosed only should be used. The rate quoted in their letterheads instead of tender schedule not be accepted.
- The supply is meant for the usage of Sri vari Prasadams and every care should be taken by the supplier to see that there is no variation in the quality of supply.
- The supply should be effected as per delivery schedule to be given. The schedule is tentative and the TTD. is having every right to revise the schedule depending upon the consumption in the Temples and other Institutions of TTD. The TTD also reserve the right to increase or reduce the tender quantity by 15% on the same terms and conditions.
- Details of conditions and tender schedule will be issued along with the application on payment.
