SRI VENKATESWARA EMPLOYEES TRAINING ACADEMY (SVETA)
To keep in pace with the ever growing fast galloping “Sri Venkateswara Consciousness” flagging theosophical world, a need to metamorphose the existing Human Capital of TTD was identified, that which has led to the origin of Sri Venkateswara Employees Training Academy(SVETA). Set up in the year 2002, SVETA focuses in imparting training to the strong work force of TTD to improve their working skills.

Among the above, the SVETA has started training classes to the Archakas working in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Temples as well as Archakas working under the control of Endowments Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh from 24.7.2007. Till date training was given 12 batches of Vaikhanasa Agama archakas. From 11 th February, 2008 onwards training will be given to Pancharathra Agama archakas. Approximately, 15,000 Archakas are expected to undergo refresher training in SVETA on different Agamas, Vaidhika functionaries etc.,
In near future, the Sri Venkateswara Employees Training Academy will become centre as NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TEMPLE ADMINISTRATION and expected to give training all the Chairman, Board Members of temples, Officers, staff working in Temples all around the Nation in a befitting way.
WORKS TO BE TAKEN UP:
The Secretary, Matsyaka Samskhema Samithi has requested the management to give training to the personnel of Fishermen belt of the coastal villages to perform pooja at the temples located in their villages. The training will start shortly after approval of the same by the higher authorities.
