Overview
There is a steady influx of
pilgrims to Tirumala every year. To meet the demand
for accommodation, TTD constructs cottages, guest houses,
and choultries in Tirumala.
The
cottage donation scheme provides for the construction
of units of accommodation like cottages and guest houses.
Donation is being collected from the intended donors towards cottage / rooms for the following Blocks constructed by TTD.

I Privileges :
1. Privileges : 30 days accommodation will be provided in a calendar year during the :
a.Life time of the donor / spouse or 20 years which ever is later in case of Individual donation.
b.For 20 years only in case of Trust / Company / Joint donation.
2.On production of Donor Verification (Life) Certificate every year to the Reception Department ,donor books will be sent to the Donor.
3. The Donors of Sreenivasam Complex rooms in Tirupati will be allowed to avail the accommodation 15 days in Tirupati, Sreenivasam Complex and 15 days in Tirumala as per the terms specified by T.T.D.
II General Guidelines :
- Donations will be accepted in respect of Majors (who completed 18 years only)
- Dimand Draft is to be drawn in favor of Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, payable at Tirupati and addressed to Addl.FA & CAO, II Floor, TTD Ad. Building, K.T.Road, Tirupati.
- IT exemption will not be entertained on such donations made towards Cottage Allotment Scheme and also no Darshan Privilege will be extended under this scheme.
