 Overview
There is a steady influx of
pilgrims to Tirumala every year. To meet the demand
for accommodation, TTD constructs cottages, guest houses,
and choultries in Tirumala.
The
cottage donation scheme provides for the construction
of units of accommodation like cottages and guest houses.

How
to Donate
You can send an application on plain
paper (specifying the type for which the amount is being
donated) addressed to:
The Executive Officer
T.T. Devasthanams
Tirupati - 517 501 (A.P.), INDIA.
along with a demand draft for the
specified amount in favour of "The Executive Officer,
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams" on any nationalized
Bank payable at Tirupati.
Donations can be made by individuals
/ firms / companies / joint donors. The cottages / suites
and tenements for construction will be allotted to donors
in the order of their application.
Privileges
- The donor can stay for
a period of 30 days only in a calender year (not exceeding
10 days at a time) by paying service charges only.
- This special privilege
is extended to the individual donor and his spouse
throughout his lifetime and in case of his death to
his spouse for 20 years. In the case of joint names
/ firms / companies / trust, the privilege of stay
will be limited to 20 years only.
- A tablet with the donor's
name and place, also mentioning in whose memory the
donation was made, will be prominently displayed in
front of the cottage donated.
- Donations made for construction
of Cottages/Guest Houses are not entitled to Income
Tax exemption.
