Overview
The Sri Venkateswara Nithya Annadanam
Scheme provides free meals to the poor in Tirumala.
The scheme was started on a small scale
in 1984, with food being served to around 2,000 persons a
day. Today, free food is served to a minimum of 15,000 poor
people a day. The number increases to about 25,000 to 30,000
a day during festivals and other important occasions.
Nearly 10,000 to 15,000 free food packets
are distributed to the pilgrims waiting in the Vaikuntam 'Q'
Complex-II for 'Srivari' darshan. The number increases to
about 20,000 a day during festivals and other important occasions.
Free food is also served to nearly 2000 patients a day in
the TTD own SVIMS, BIRRD, Ruia and Maternity Hospitals.
Donation Amount
The minimum contribution for the scheme
is Rs. 1,000, and multiples thereof. Donation amount sent
below Rs.1,000/- will be credited to the account of Srivari
Hundi without any intimation to the Donor.
All donations are deposited in a Nationalised
Bank, and the interest earned is utilized for the scheme.
Individuals, firms, companies etc. can
make donations, and they are eligible for exemption
of Income Tax under Section 80(g) of the Indian Income Tax
Act.
Annadanam will not be performed either
on behalf of a particular donor or on a specified date. It
may be taken that once a donation is made to the scheme, Annadanam
is performed on all 365 days in a year, and on behalf of all
the Donors who have contributed to the Scheme.

Executive Officer, S.V.Nithya Annadanam Trust' and sent to

Privileges
Special privileges will be given to the
Donors who contribute more than Rs.5.00 Lakhs and above.
The following facilities are extended
to donors who contribute Rs.5.00 Lakhs and above.
- The Donor and his family will be provided
free accommodation for 3 days in a year in ARP Counter or
VIP accommodation on payment basis subject to availability.
The Donor can avail this facility for 3 days consecutively
or at 3 different dates in a year.
- The Donor and his family (not exceeding
five) will be admitted for darshan through Cellar in
Vaikuntam 'Q' Complex-I for 3 days in a year. The Donor
can avail this facility 3 days consecutively or at 3 different
dates in a year.
- Ten small laddus will be issued to
the Donor as prasadam once in a year during the visit of
Donor.
- One Dupatta will be presented to the
Donor as bahumanam once in a year during the visit of Donor.
- One gold plated silver medallion with
the image of Srivaru and Goddess Padmavathi Devi will be
given at the time of Donor's first visit only.
- These privileges will be extended during
the life time of the Donor and his/her spouse in case of
individuals and for 20 years in case of the companies.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGE
- The Donors name will be displayed prominently
in the dining hall at the Annadanam Complex.

Privileges to Rs.1 lakh and above Donors in Laddudanam Scheme
Under the above scheme, the T.T.Devasthanams will distribute small Laddus of 25 gms. Each to the piligrim in the Temple to a maximum number of 25,000 on behalf of the Donor.
- It is not feasible to the T.T.Devasthanams to perform the Endowment on a specified date chosen by the Donor besides distribution of the maximum number of 25,000 small laddus on a single day.
- No provision has been provided in the scheme for the Donor to be present on the day of the performance of the Endowment.
- The Donor and his family (not exceeding five) will be provided free accommodation, for 1 day in ARP Counter once in a year or in VIP accommodation on payment basis subject to availability.
- Six small laddus will be issued to the Donor as Prasadam once in year during the visit of Donor.
- One dupatta and blouse piece will be presented to the donor as “Bahumaanam” once in year during the visit of Donor.
- This privileges will be extended during the lifetime of the Donor incase of individuals and for 20 years incase firms, companies and joint Donors.
- NO INCOME TAX EXEMPTION FOR S.V. NITYA LADDU DANAM SCHEME.
Uniform Privilages for the Donor of Rs.10 Lakhs and above
A. The Donor and his family (not exceeding five) will be provided with free accommodation for 3 days in a year in VIP suite having tariff value of Rs.500/- or as changed tariff value as applicable for the said accommodation from time to time by TTD subject to availability.
B. The Donor and his family (not exceeding five) may be admitted for Archana Ananthara Darshan for 3 Days in a year subject to availability.
C. Twenty small laddus will be issued to the donor as prasadam once in a year during the visit of Donor.
D. One Dupatta and blouse piece will be presented to the Donor as "Bahumaanam" once in a year during the visit of Donor.
E. One gold dollar of 5 gms in addition to one gold plated silver medallion with the image of Srivaru and Goddess Padmavathi Devi will be given
at the time of Donor's first visit only.
F. These privilages may be extended during the lifetime of the Donor in case of individuals and for 20 years in case of firms, companies
and joint Donors.
G. Income tax benefit as applicable for the said scheme is available.
H. Ten Mahaprasadam packets will be issued to the Donors as prasadam once in a year during the visit of Donor.

* The Donor and family (not exceeding five) will be provided with free accommodation for 3 days in ARP counter in a year or in VIP accommodation on payment basis subject to availability.

B. The Donor and his family (not exceeding five) will be admitted for darshan through Cellar in vaikuntam Q Complex for 1 day in a year subject to availability.
C. Six small laddus will be issued to the Donor as prasadam once in a year during the visit of the Donor.
D. One Dupatta and blouse piece will be presented to the Donor as "Bahumaanam" once in a year during the visit of Donor.
F. These privilages may be extended during the lifetime of the Donor in case of individuals and for 20 years in case of firms, companies and joint Donors.
G. Income tax benefit as applicable for the said scheme is available
