NOTICE INVITING TENDER
On behalf of the Executive Officer, T.T. Devasthanams, Tirupati sealed tenders are invited by the Office of the EDP Manager, TTD, Tirupati for Engaging of Data Entry operators/Data processing Officers in TTD User departments for the purpose of computer operations” on contract basis, for a period one year. The intending tenderers should satisfy the following criteria.
A Should have a turnover of at least 1 crore in any one year during the last 3 financial years, proof to be furnished.
B Should have provided similar type of Data Entry Operators/Data processing officer computing facility services to the Public / Private sectors during the last (3) three years. Satisfaction certificate from the client should be furnished.
C Should have been in existence for at least 3 full years before the current financial year.
D Must have Labour registration.
E Must have EPF Registration Tirupati jurisdiction with latest assessments
F Must have ESI Registration Tirupati jurisdiction with latest returns.
G. The tenderer, must have certificate of registration of the business (issued
by Central Sales Tax department),Service tax registration certificate,
VAT registration certificate, PAN Card on business or proprietor ,and
Registration certificate of establishment
H Should produce the solvency certificate issued by a nationalized/ scheduled bank for Rupees not less than 5 lakhs.
I Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.) of Rs.64,000/-(Rupees sixty four thousand only) shall be paid by DD.
The required qualifications and experience for the Data Entry Operators/Data processing officer to be supplied to TTD is mentioned in the Tender Document.
The intending participants may obtain the tender documents in person from the O/o EDP Manager, TTD, Tirupati 517 501 during the working hours from 10:30 AM to 5.00 PM on the dates give below by duly paying an amount of Rs. 1000 /- (Rupees One thousand only) which is non-refundable, towards the cost of tender documents by way of Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled bank favoring the Executive Officer, TTDs, Tirupati.
