On behalf of the Executive Officer, T.T. Devasthanams, Tirupati sealed tenders are invited by the Office of the EDP Manager, TTD, Tirupati for Centralized refilling of Laserjet & Inkjet cartridges pertaining to internal departments of TTD. The intending tenderers should satisfy the following criteria.

a. The tenderer should have supplied refilled cartridges to the Govt.Agencies / other reputed establishments locally for a tune of Rs.30,000/- per month and the satisfaction certification from the user needs to be produced.

b. The successful tenderer should produce the solvency certificate issued by any

scheduled / Nationalized Bank for not less than Rs.5.0 lakhs.

c. The refilling unit must be situated at Tirupati.

d. The Tenderer should have a turnover of at least Rs.5.00 Lakhs in any year in the last Three Years.

e. The tenderer should have single minimum contract value of Rs.3.00 Lakhs in refilling of cartridges in any year of the past three years.

f. The tenderer should be in the cartridge refilling business for the last three years and should have satisfaction certificates from the clients. Satisfaction certificates from the clients should be furnished along with the Tender.

g. The Tenderer should have been existing in Tirupati for the past three years and the proof for the same shall be provided clearly mentioning the address details.

h. The tenderer should have executed supply of at least 300 refilled cartridges per month to any State / Central Government organizations/any recognized organization in preceding 3 years. The successful supply / performance certificates issued by such organizations are required to be submitted along with purchase order copies.

i. The tenderer should submit the documents which support the eligibility criteria of the firm/agency who participate in tender.

j. The tenderer, must have certificate of registration of the business (issued by Central Sales Tax department),Service tax registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, PAN Card on business or proprietor ,Registration certificate of establishment .

k. If the tenderer, if desires to authorize any dealer on their behalf can authorize only one local dealer who will inturn satisfy all the above said conditions pertaining to the authorized dealer credentials.
